Anyone with Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma and is 18+ is eligible for Thrive Mobile. The Lifeline benefit is one per household. Lifeline service is provided by SafetyNet Wireless.
All Thrive Mobile members are eligible for unlimited talk, text, and at least 5GB of data for $0 when they apply their Lifeline benefit through SafetyNet Wireless, which provides the Lifeline service. Some Aetna Better Health members may be eligible for additional data and a free device. Thrive Mobile offers all members recommended local resources, discounts and deals on brands members shop, and personalized healthcare resources all through the Thrive Mobile app.
You will need your Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number, last four of SSN, and current email address if you have one. If you do not have one, we will help you create one.
The enrollment process takes 15 minutes or less to complete. Members will be mailed a device or SIM card that will arrive within 5-7 business days. Members who are eligible for an electronic SIM card (eSIM) can activate on the Thrive network in real time.
Of course! After you sign up with Thrive Mobile, we can help you transfer your number from your old carrier. Before starting the process, you will need your account number and password from your previous carrier.
